Frequently Asked Questions

1. What services do you offer?

We offer premium photo-booth experiences for weddings, social events, and brand activations, including:
• 360 Video Booth
• Glam Photo Booth (black & white or color prints)
• Icon Photo Booth (DSLR prints with a modern, elevated look)

All experiences include a friendly attendant, custom design, and an online gallery.

2. What’s included in each photo-booth package?

Every package includes professional equipment, a dedicated booth attendant, setup and breakdown, unlimited sessions during booked hours, a customized overlay/print design, standard backdrop options, digital gallery access, and instant sharing or prints (depending on the booth).

3. How far in advance should we book?

Most clients book 6–12 months in advance for weddings and busy seasons. Dates are first-come, first-served and are only secured with a signed contract and retainer.

4. How do I reserve my date?

Once you choose your package, we’ll send a proposal with contract and invoice. A non-refundable retainer and signed agreement are required to officially lock in your date.

5. Do you travel outside the Boston / North Shore area?

Yes! We serve Greater Boston, the North Shore, and surrounding areas. A travel fee may apply for events outside our standard radius.

6. How much space and power do you need?

We typically need:
• 360 Booth: about 10’ x 10’ of open space
• Glam/Icon Booths: about 8’ x 8’
All booths require access to a standard power outlet within about 25 feet and a stable, level surface.

7. How long does setup and breakdown take?

We usually arrive 60–90 minutes before the start time to set up and run tests. Setup and breakdown time are not taken out of your booked booth hours.

8. Can the booth be used outdoors?

Yes, in certain conditions. We need a flat surface, protection from direct sun/rain, and access to power. Weather backup plans may be required for outdoor events.

9. Can we customize the design to match our event or brand?

Absolutely. We customize the overlay/print design with your names, date, colors, or logo. For brands, we can incorporate guidelines and campaign elements so everything feels on-brand.

10. Do guests get digital copies?

Yes. Depending on the booth, guests can receive their photos or videos via QR code, text, or email, and you’ll receive an online gallery after the event to view and download everything.

11. How long will the online gallery be available?

Galleries are typically available for about 6 months, so we always recommend downloading your favorites and backing them up.

12. Are you insured? Can you provide a COI to my venue?

Yes. We carry liability insurance and can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) to your venue upon request.

13. What types of events do you work with?

We specialize in weddings, quinceañeras, milestone celebrations, corporate events, and brand activations, but we’re happy to bring the booth to any celebration that needs a fun, elevated experience.

14. Do you offer corporate or brand-activation options?

Yes. For brands and agencies we can offer: custom branding, data capture options, branded overlays/prints, and on-site attendants who understand your campaign goals.

15. What happens if we need to reschedule or cancel?

If you need to reschedule, we’ll do our best to move your booking to a new available date. The retainer is non-refundable, but it may be transferable to a new date based on availability and our policies at the time of booking.

16. Can we add extra time on the day of the event?

If our schedule allows, you can extend coverage the day of the event for an hourly overtime rate. This is subject to availability, so it’s always best to book the time you think you’ll need in advance.

17. Do you accept last-minute bookings?

Sometimes! If your event is within the next 1–2 weeks, send us a message and we’ll check availability. When possible, we’re happy to help with last-minute celebrations, but bookings are subject to our schedule, and require a signed contract plus payment in full to confirm the date. Custom design options may be limited for short-notice events.
